These terms are between you and Samuel Garijo Cortés, Filler utca 41, 1024 Budapest, Hungary ("we"). By using The Organizer you accept them. Contact: info@samuelgarijo.com.

1. The app
The Organizer is a Mac app that keeps your library on your Mac. You can use it without an account. An account, and The Organizer Cloud (a hosted, encrypted copy of your library), are optional.

The app is in an early stage. Features can change or stop. We will tell you in the app before we remove something you depend on, and give you time to take your data out.

2. Your account
You need a Google account or an email address to create one. Keep access to it safe: anyone who signs in as you can see your account data. One account is for one person.

3. Your content is yours
Everything in your library belongs to you. We claim no rights over it. In The Organizer Cloud we store it encrypted, only to give it back to you; we cannot read it.

You are responsible for what you keep in your library and for having the right to keep it. Do not use The Organizer Cloud to store or distribute content that is illegal.

4. The Organizer Cloud
The copy is encrypted with a key that only your passphrase opens. If you lose the passphrase, nobody, including us, can recover the copy.
It is a copy, not the only place your library lives: the library stays on your Mac. Keep your Mac's own backups too.
During early access it is free and offered by invitation. We will tell you the price and the storage limit in the app before any of them applies, and you can leave before paying anything.
If you stop the plan, we keep the copy for 30 days so you can bring it back, then delete it.
5. Third-party services
The app can connect to services you choose (for example mymind, Are.na, AI providers, your own storage bucket), using keys you enter. Those connections go directly from your Mac to them, under their terms. We are not responsible for them.

6. Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people's data or our systems beyond what the app does, do not overload the service, and do not resell it.

7. Liability
We build The Organizer carefully, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data that you could have avoided with your own backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, unless the law prevents it.

9. Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to its courts.

10. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies.
